From eggs to concrete products.  Everything moves on pallets and every product has differing requirements.  To ensure you have the most efficient and economically designed pallet for your needs we use the internationally recognised Pallet Design System.

Millions of dollars have been invested in PDS to enable users to design pallets taking in to account timber species, fastener type and size, loading and how it will be used.  For example, a pallet required to carry 1,000 kgs of products in cartons will be different from one carrying bags of the same weight. Again, the design will change if it is required to be used in racking, or stacked on top of unstable surfaces.
